Enviromental Agenda of the United Nations–AGENDA 21

In the 1980’s, needing a cause that would unite the world and meet the goal for an assumed “global problem needing a global solution”, globalists latched on to the word “Environmentalism”.  It is the lynchpin for the United Nations campaign toward a one world economy and one world government.

Centered at some of the various outposts of the United Nations, New York City, The Hague, Africa and Switzerland, there continues an ongoing push for a “one world government”.  Many Americans are unaware of this fundamental fact of the 21st century.

Listed below are 10 facts outlining how this all began and how it has impacted our local, county, state and federal programs.

1.                  The words “sustainable development” was first introduced in a 1987 U.N. published document titled “Our Common Future”.  It was authored by the former Vice-President of the World Socialist Party, Dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland , a woman who was also the first Vice-President of “Socialist International”.

2.                  In 1992, the U.N. gathered for their first global Environmental Conference in Rio Di Janeiro, Brazil calling it “The Earth Summit”.  With the intent of creating international, global goals to be achieved in the new millennium, the matter was tabled and re-addressed 5 years later at the 1997  U.N. conference in Kyoto Japan.   There a document was created known as “Agenda 21”…the agenda for the new century.  Each nation that signed the Agenda 21 document pledged their nation would strive to achieve its “global” goals.  President George H.W. Bush signed on behalf of America.

3.                  The U.N. Secretary General of the Earth Summit, Maurice Strong, summed up the organization’s goals in these words, “Current lifestyle and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air conditioning and suburban housing are not sustainable”.  A small group of elitists would determine “what is best” for the masses.  This theory of government is commonly known as “Socialism”.

4.                  This document’s underlying themes are quite simple.  Every decision made by every nation in the world must first be decided on its environmental impact on the planet.  “Social Justice” or “”Social Equity” must be fundamental to every government decision in the 21^st century.  “Social Injustice” is caused by private ownership of property and accumulation of individual wealth,  All people everywhere are entitled to “rights” as outlined below and determined by government:

a.       A dwelling place

b.      Food

c.       Health care

d.      A job

e.       Clean air and water

f.        Retirement

g.       Other social benefits

5.      Education is a key component of the “Earth Summit/Agenda 21 Declaration”.  Learning is fulfilled through the schools, media and government declarations.  Society must be changed from top to bottom.  Education is the key to achieving the following goals:

a.        Single family homes are not sustainable.

b.      Future dam construction must be stopped and existing dams destroyed.

c.       Tens of millions of acres of settled land worldwide is too much. We must return to the wilderness.

d.      Economic systems failing to set a proper value on the environment must end.

6.      Global population control is a key element of the “Earth Summit/Agenda 21”               program. There are simply too many people on the planet using too many of the earth’s natural resources.  Population growth must be controlled.  Ideally, the world would adopt China’s “one child per family” policy to decrease the total number of people on the planet by the year 2050.

7.      When President George HW Bush left office in 1995, the U.S. Senate refused to adopt Agenda 21 as a national policy.  Therefore, President Clinton issued Executive Order #12858 that created “The President’s Council on Sustainable Development” (note use of those words again).  All Federal government agencies, the EPA, the Commerce Department, the Energy and Education Departments were ordered to “harmonize” their work to comply with the U.N. themes of Agenda 21.

8.      Agenda 21 was not to be implemented by the United Nations.  Their strategy dictated that would happen through other channels around the world.  Those local and regional groups like the National League of Cities, the U.S. Mayor’s Conference and many others would develop such programs as Smart Growth, Green Jobs, “Going Green”, etc. for regional planning, “sustainable” farming, and comprehensive community growth management, etc.  Elected officials would knowingly or unwittingly be part of these over-arching goals of the U.N.’s “Earth Summit/Agenda 21”.

9.      When the 1997 U.N. Kyoto Conference introduced the “protocols” or goals the global society would strive to achieve to implement Agenda 21…again, the new agenda for the new century, gases were targeted as major polluters of the earth’s atmosphere.  The biggest threat being Carbon Dioxide Emissions.  U.N. globalists also announced the world must roll back pollution levels to 1990 standards by the year 2020.  In addition, a complex system of wealth redistribution was instituted by the name “Cap and Trade”.  All of those U.N. goals were eventually adopted in California’s Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (AB32). 10.  President Clinton’s advisor to the U.S. Council on Sustainable Development, J. Gary Lawrence, spoke these prophetic words when speaking at a seminar in London, England, entitled, “The Future of Local Agenda 21 in the New Millennium,” sponsored by the United Nations Environment and Development Forum, UK (UNED-UK).  “Participating in a UN advocated planning process would very likely bring out many of the conspiracy-fixated groups and individuals in our society such as the National Rifle Association, citizen militias and some members of Congress. This segment of our society who fear “one-world government” and a UN invasion of the United States through which our individual freedom would be stripped away would actively work to defeat any elected official who joined “the conspiracy” by undertaking LA (Local Agenda) 21.  So, we call our processes something else, such as comprehensive planning, growth management or smart growth.”

In the end, many of America’s local, county, state and federal officials have bought into the U.N.’s Agenda 21 program.  Incrementally, the plans of the globalists are being implemented in decision making at every level of government.  This is not by accident.  There are many powerful forces at work in the world today seeking to demolish nationalism and patriotism and replacing them with a global government of the planet.  Each of us must get educated in the 21^st century process the U.N. is actively pursuing.

Agenda 21…how does it work, what language does it use and what goals is it attempting to achieve?

These are the basics of the United Nation’s ongoing push for redistribution of wealth from rich nations to poor, from hard working middle class of society to the poor (commonly referred to as “class warfare”) and education of social and environmental justice…again both terms the lynchpins for a socialist form of a “One-World Government”.  No longer are communism and socialism the enemy of freedom. The new enemy for the 21^st Century is “Globalism” and “Global Government” which alone globalists believe is the answer for solving the world’s climate problem.

Climate rules and regulations are the entry point of global governance.

The International Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) was launched in 1995.  Two years later, the Open Society, an organization funded by George Soros provided ICLEI with a $2,147,415 grant.  Since its founding, more than 600 cities and counties in America have launched ICLEI programs to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and create “sustainable” communities.  However, Roanoke, Virginia and Austin, Texas, citizens became aware of the connection between local government and Agenda 21 and successfully removed ICLEI concepts from their local governments

Get educated and informed.  Be willing to invest time and energy to obtain honest information on this critical subject facing America.  Do not be fooled by the “disinformation” campaigns being waged through the mainstream media by active globalists.
