    Last Thursday June 23, I attended the N. Orange County Conservative Coalition Meeting where we heard Warren Duffy. Likeed everything he said, but looking at your Web Site I did not see any updates on the AB 333 or could I find anything current on The Cap and Trade that is to start Jan 2012. Can you send me to a site that will provide updates and provide updates on this law.

      Hello –

      The links for AB333 were sent to Desare Friday afternoon. At this moment there is a hearing being held and can be observed at http://www.calchannel.com/channel/live/3 throughout the day. We have not been notified from the Assembly results as yet. Cap and Trade issues are updated with various articles an interviews on the CFACTSOCAL website, however, information can also be obtained if you Google AB32, Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 as well as, California Air Resources Board (the environmental police). You will find from the articles on the CFACTSOCAL website and Podcasts, links to newspaper articles that also provide various information and updates as they become available.
