  1. I think that emissions policy involving cap and trade makes sense for 2 reasons. 1) it provides incentive to develop clearner energy
    2) serves as an easing toward cleaner engery sources and delivery by getting the most out of the old systems.
It doesn’t make economic sense to just legislate emissions standards and expect the market to jump and change in an instant. No matter where you stand on blobal warming, cleaner and more energy efficient sources to meet growing demand is just good common sense.

    • Of course, cleaner energy makes sense, but the scam is demanding business to buy the so-called ‘carbon credits’ yet still allow companies to pollute. This is not about cleaning the air…it is about more money from the tax payer with hopes of balancing the deficit in CA. Government should not be in the business of strangling the economy….which is being done to the agriculture and construction industry alone. Remember, CA launched the new ‘gas pump nozzle’ years ago to clean up the air…and now after the highest gas tax in the nation, we are told that does not work…nonsense.

  2. You are very welcome…spread the word about the Global Warming insanity!
